ranking system

When I got into the websign all I saw was a big wall of text. this way of telling information is a bad way. Break the text up into smaller parts. Have a link for all of the ranks and make a forum that takes the requests. Then, make a topic on how to get the rank and what it helps on. Next, lock the topic and pin it to the top of the forum. I think this will be more organized than a giant wall of text on the first page. I haven't even read even a few words before i thought "forget it".
