I have "grieved" once, and it was on my second day. I have never, ever built on anybody's land or property.

i fully agree with this post. Reaver is an extremely helpful and friendly player. i also agree with the comments posted by flyboy101 and arkangle14 as he is a constant nuisance. i am sometimes alone with this player and wish i could help keep other players building if i were a moderator.

On multiply occasions you have been caught greifing, harrasing and building on other members land. Reaver has not been unfair, bias or unjustified. Reaver does not "make up rules as he goes" in my opinion he is a good moderator and i hope he keeps his staus as moderator.

Reaver, all my claims are totally justified, as they had a legitimate reason. You have been abusive and have shown bias towards me. You constantly single me out and seem to make up rules as you go.

Any actions that I have taken towards this player have been completely justified and in the best interests of all other players in the server. I gave him many warnings, but this player continues to harass and grief. Any other player that is asked will gladly agree with me (Flyboy101 being one that has already posted after viewing mr_insomniac's claims), and say that mr_insomniac is a rule-breaker and abusive player. He is making unjustified and purely relentless claims against me.

None of what I said has been lies or even bending the truth. Everything that I say is completely true and I disagree with the statement that Reaver is a responsible moderator, as he has been extremely abusive towards me.

In response. Mr_insomniac is abusive and has no respect for others property. I have asked him to leave my property many yime. I ten kill him to ge thim off . He is just a whining minecraft player who is telling lies to get a responsible moderator banned. Thank you

1. Flyboy101 has killed me many more times than I have killed him, most of the time for standing there. Flyboy is also given favorable treatment by Reaver, so his comments may be a bit biased.

2. There are no set rules about "trespassing". I could understand if I were inside someone's house, but I usually am not when you decide to take action. I can think of a few times where I was inside my own house minding my own business, when I have been smited for being on someone else's land. Even if this was considered harassment, I don't think it would be heavy. Especially when I am usually the one on the receiving end of the killing. Once, I counted the number of times I was killed vs. the number of times I had killed the other person. It was 8-1 in their favor. I was banned for harassment for about 10 minutes after this incident. The time that I built on "someone else's island", It was not connected to the island that was owned by the other player, nor did it seem to have ever been touched by them. Reaver also said that I have grieved on numerous occasions. The last time I checked, grieving was "the act of destroying large or otherwise very noticeable portions of other people's creations on a multiplayer Creative or Survival server" as defined by the minecraft wiki. I had not destroyed a large portion of property, but rather, a lone diamond ore. Keep in mind that this was my second day on the server and also the second day that I had owned minecraft.

Also ReaveR is probably the best choice for a moderator, me and him were joking around when he put eviction signs up. mr_insomniac has killed me too many times to count and is a nuisance on the server. Thank you

I think ReaveR is a completely fair moderator. He had good grounds to ban mr_insomniac. Mr_insomniac has griebed and harrassed me many times and ReaveR dealt with these incidents fairly. This complaints is totally unjustified

This player has constantly been breaking the server rules. He has griefed on several occasions and harrassed many members of the server. Me and my 10 New Zealand friends made a town called 'The Bay of Islands'. We each made and accepted the rule that nobody is to build on other player's islands, and if one player wants nobody on their island, they reserve the right to do so. The player in question has constantly trespassed on almost every other player's island without permission. He refused to leave, and kept killing them. This is heavy harrasment, and I could do nothing but ban him for a short period of time to provide the best experience for all other players. Mr_insomniac is an unwanted player to the server, griefing and harrassing other players, to the point that banning was the only alternative. I apologise for banning this player, but he was damaging other player's property and harrassing their experience. I never provide other players with rare materials for free. I make sure that our town has a trading system that is both fair and rational/

I did remove one of his houses, as it was on another players land. I am constantly frustrated with mr_insomniac, and leave it as your decision as to what happens with this player. I only used banning as a final resort, as Zace suggested. This player is a troll.

Since joining this server, I have had quite a bad experience due to one of your "friendly" moderators. He totally abuses all his power and I believe that he should not be a moderator due to his poor service and attitude towards me. Here are some of my reasons:

1. He has banned me for short periods of time because I have "harassed" people. In this case "harassment means standing in front of someone's house while afk.

2. He constantly pampers other members of the server that he is friends with in real life. He provides them with rare metals and materials all the time. This treatment is unfair to the rest of the members.

3. He has destroyed much of my property. In one instance, I built on an unclaimed, uninhabited island, which had no markings what so ever to indicate it belonged to anybody. He then destroyed the small house that I had built and killed me while I was on the island, taking all my inventory with him

4. I have been constantly abused and harassed by him since I joined. In one instance, he invited people to fight for a diamond block. I ended up with the diamond block and then I was promptly killed. I decided to get back at my attackers. Needless to say, I was killed again. I went back to my house, only to find that he was spawning the other two players in my house and inviting them to kill me. I was killed a further 8 times.

5. Harassment of others. In one instance, he said that he was evicting my friend Flyboy's castle and locked all his chests with his own locks, not allowing the player to access his own chests and make trades.

Please, do everyone on the server a favor and remove his status as a moderator. If I were to suggest someone to take his place, it would be Eric, who has been nothing but helpful and nice to me since I joined. Thank you for your time.
