Yes, it is happening to me as well, the server is currently off, I don't know why, but i hope it is back up soon haha..

hi, since 6:30p.m New Zealand time my computer has been unable to connect to the sever and instead displays this message:

'failed to connect to server'

'connection refused:connect'

if this has happened to anyone else apart from me and Reaver, please notify.
also, if I've been banned notify as well.
