SERVER PROBLEMS Empty Server Problems Still?

I have been trying to get on forever. It started when 1.8 was about to come out. Idk whats wrong, but it wont let me on all it says is connecting to server... and then itll take to long and say it timed out. I dont know whats wrong but i really want to get on.

hi, dillon and myself have been experiancing some connection problems with the server. it displays ether 'took to long to log in' or connection refused' etc
